⏳ Tired of Waiting on USCIS?

You’ve done your part. You've submitted your application, paid the fees, and waited patiently. But months—or even years—have gone by with no decision.

When USCIS fails to act, a Writ of Mandamus may be your legal solution.

This federal lawsuit compels USCIS to do what they’re legally required to do: make a decision on your case.

Gathering the right documents requires sufficient time from the correct legal source

Waiting too long adds stress for you—and your legal team

Rushing near the deadline increases your risk of mistakes leading to denial

Take Action. Stop the Delay.

A Writ of Mandamus is not about forcing USCIS to approve your case—it's about forcing them to make a decision. If your case is unreasonably delayed, you have rights.

You did not submit all the required evidence

Increased scrutiny by the officer to determine your eligibility.

The evidence you submitted is no longer valid

Visa Stuck? You’re Not Alone.

You followed every step—but your visa’s been in “administrative processing” for months with no updates. The result? Uncertainty. Anxiety. Missed opportunities.

While your future hangs in limbo, life keeps moving—and you’re left behind. It’s frustrating, unfair, and exhausting. But you're not the only one. And you don’t have to face it alone.

What Atty Did for Our Client:

Delay after 221g Notice Crewman Visa

Client filed a C1D crewmember visa renewal on December 10, 2021 at the US embassy in the Philippines and was given 221g. Although she completed and submitted the form DS 5535 as required by the embassy, her application remained under review. Every two weeks, the client sent an email to the embassy to ask for updates, but she always received an auto-generated response that her case is currently undergoing Administrative Processing. Her case stopped updating on February 10, 2022. This visa was important to her because she needed to work on cruises for income.

If your visa has been delayed for a period beyond the typical processing time with no explanation, you may be eligible for a Mandamus lawsuit.

What does the process look like?
